If you contact us for support or assistance, we may use Collected Information to provide service and support to you. We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of the Site services. We may use Collected Information to complete tax and other labor-related forms, including for government filings.We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the limited circumstances referenced in this paragraph or the paragraph immediately below. They have access to Collected Information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.If you are a Contractor and use an email address ending in “.edu”, or if you identify yourself as a student at a college or university, we may share feedback with respect to your Runway profile, engagement with Runway, work performance, and work product with the college or university at which you are a student.We may also share Collected Information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our business and marketing partners in furthering our mission as an organization or delivering the content, materials, and services available on or through the Site to you. We and our Service Providers may also produce reports on Site traffic, usage patterns, and similar data generated from Collected Information, and we may share these reports with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our business and marketing partners.We release account and other Collected Information when we believe release is necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Runway, our users, or others.
